The Top 12 for the King William I Plaque for Sustainable Entrepreneurship in 2016 is announced.

The 12 selected companies may also register for the European Business Awards for the Environment (EBAE), the leading European sustainability award. The board of the King William I Foundation announces at the latest in the second half of April the three winning nominees for the plaque. On Thursday, May 26th, the final winner will be announced during the award ceremony in the presence of Her Majesty Queen Máxima, honorary president of the King William I Foundation. About King William I Plaque

King William I Plaque for Sustainable Entrepreneurship rewards sustainable innovations of small and large organizations. Organizations with sustainable management, sustainable product or service, sustained international cooperation, or sustainable production, are invited to register. The jury will judge the entries and select three candidates. These companies may also register for the EBAE, the European Business Awards for the Environment (EBAE).

On the King William I Foundation

King William I Foundation was founded in 1958 by De Nederlandsche Bank NV and a number of business associated organizations. Since 1958, the Foundation awards prizes and plaques for distinctive entrepreneurships. King William I Foundation aims to provide the national economy with new impulses and thereby enhance the prestige of the Dutch business community.
